By submitting our online order form,or by using IdealHosting service,Customer hereby agrees to the following Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). By using our service,Users consent to be bound by the terms of this AUP.IdealHosting reservers the right to modify this AUP in its discretion at any time and any such modifications will be effective when posted.
VIOLATION OF ANY AUP:
VIOLATION OF ANY AUP IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE SERVICES YOU RECEIVE FROM IdealHosting Team. No credits will be issued for any interruption in service resulting from violations of the AUP

Prohibited Conducts:
Inappropriate Content:
Users are not supposed to use IdealHosting network's to advertise, transmit, store, post, display, or otherwise make available child pornography or obscene speech or material determined by IdealHosting.
Defamatory or Abusive Language:
Users are not supposed to use IdealHosting network as a means to transmit or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language.
Forging of Headers:
Forging or misrepresenting message headers, whether in whole or in part, to mask the originator of the message
Inappropriate Actions:
Users shall not use the Service to conduct activities that may be harmful to or interfere with the Service or any third party's networks, systems, services, or Web sites, including, but not limited to, flooding, mail bombing, or denial of service attacks.Users are also prohibited from any activity considered a precursor to attempted security violations, including, but not limited to, any form of scanning, probing, or other testing or information gathering activity.
Email and Unsolicited Messages:
Users shall not use the Service to transmit unsolicited e-mail messages, including, without limitation, unsolicited bulk email, where such emails could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints ("spam"). Further, Users are prohibited from using the service of another provider to send spam to promote a site hosted on or connected to the Service.
IP Allocation:
Users cannot use IP addresses which were not assigned to them by IdealHosting staff.Any account/server using IPs which were not officially assigned will be suspended from network access.
IRC:
IdealHosting does not allow the use of IRC on any of our servers.This includes, but is not limited to, the use of IRC clients, server software, bots or anything related to IRC.
Security:
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in suspension of account and later criminal and civil liability.Examples include,unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.
Other Activities:
Users engaging in activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that IdealHosting determines o be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill, or customer relations will be suspended.
